Looking for a Game Anti-Cheat Coder

Hello fellows, I found this website by google, so i figured i'd give it a try.

im currently looking for a anti-cheat coder for a old game (Rogue Spear) for my league.

What i want it to have..

ingame random screenshot taken by their game screen. (where we can view it on our ladder site)
Cheat prevents (i have cheats files and stuffs for u to patch when you design a anti-cheat for me)
Kick / autoban and a Ban system for admin to put in, and i will like it to ban them on their HD ID and not by IP, unless u have a better way of ban, which is fine wiht me, as long they can't get around it.
A login system or a patch is fine with me, as long it works really good and is easy to use.

Compablity with all of OS and this game (its a old game back to 1999)

Pretty much up there, pretty much similar to other anti-cheats..

You may want to post this in the freelance section. As fair warning, however, any anti-cheat system can be circumvented.
