The background is messed up on my resolution. Instead of it "stretching" it repeats vertically meaning I see the dark red at the top and then about half-way down. I don't know if this was your intention but I think it looks bad.

When I click on the search I expected "artist name/song" to disappear. Use JavaScript to accomplish this.The star logo blends with the background to much.Search results are very small , why not spam them the entire page?

Looks pretty good You might want it to open a new window when you play a song so you can still search for more songs while your listening to the one you selected. I'm also gonna second what jordan suggested. I didn't think your background looked to bad but it does look to be repeating on the bottom (I am also using firefox 3.0.)

Look ok, the background does hurt my eyes, i found the logo distubing with the design because it breaks with it. everything is nicely designed but the logo is just a text font, thats a pitty.
