Don't know that, but you can download Photoshop elements for free these days. I have no clue which features are missing, but may it works for you.

Did'nt write that down very clear, the distance from the first | is larger then the other ones, the last one hast that also in my opinion you can better kill the stripes and make it look like a static menu with separation for the content.

well Xav for a first site it is not a bad site. Not the best design but it is better then my first site was. One thing I don't get is why is there three places for the nav. It is at the top, right, and bottom? For graphics why don't you try Gimp, it is free and a rather good tool.

Eh gimp, is exactly as its name states..."GIMP" lol but it was indeed a good tool until I got my PS back!

It ısn't my fırst sıte. What do you mean? I can only see a nav at the top, the footer just has adverts and copyrıght stuff, and the sıdebar ısn't fınıshed yet, but mıght have news updates, even a mını-blog.
