Very simplistic design and I like it. I like the blue/black on white combined with the gray. I think the logo could use some work though. It looks like you used a font such as Arial and then just beveled the edges.

It is quite simple but nice. And yes about the logo.. I think you could improve it a little bit... but besides that it's OK for me.

comments/improvements/problems
-The color scheme is great
-The nav bar images are of poor quality
-The scroll bar causes the page to jump/shift if you switch between a page with little content and a page with a lot of content
-You have a problem with 'magic quotes' escaping characters on text output.

Looks okay, they logo is boring and could be better, the template is also boring, not i site i would remember.
