TotalPenguin Review

I've been working on TotalPenguin and almost have it ready for promotion. It is integrated into Joomla! and has a simplistic style. Give me your thoughts and ideas, what you do and don't like.

Note: The logo is being done and will be more graphical with many more colors (and a penguin!).

IE Users: The CSS doesn't work in IE correctly, yet. The menu at the top will not display correctly as of right now.
