My thoughts on it is it does not look fancy, but i cant figure out what it is missing. Any ideas?

Somewhat boring layout, two main colors, uninteresting banner. Also, it has three radically different layouts, one for forum, one for wiki, and one for main website, which also looks somewhat uninteresting. Make it so that all three at least have something in common.

I will try to make every thing look somewhat the same in the near future, but for now i am focused on the main part of the site. As for it being a borring layout i did some work on making another one, its not completely done yet it still needs a little tweaking, but is it better than the last original layout? Forget the new one, i just gave up with that ugly green. I did make some new modifications to the original to make it look less cartoonish. What do you think of it? I feel like i want to add more, but i cant decide what to add.

It's just.. boring. Only two main colors, top/left/topleft, and the rest is boring white with text. Add a shoutbox, add more interactive icons, additional navigation, drop downs, an interesting background for page but a different for content, etc.

Ok, i added some different colors, and some interactive links. As for the background what would you suggest would be a cool background? I am also thinking about doing something with the footer. Like some type of separation bar, and i was wondering how i should make that look?

OK, last update i think. The site was had its graphics done by a real artist now, so could some people please take a look and supply some feedback.

It looks ok but like said above there are only two colors. The design looks more like a gaming website than a programming site. I've noticed that informational sites tend to be some kind of blue and white. The graphics and layout look fine, its just the colors are a little dark.
