yeah, its very nice,
except the logo is too small, you can barely read the text on it

well you sure have a ton of google ads throughout the main page.
And I agree the the logo looks small and lost in the header all by itself up there. I suggest taking the tag line (Meet, Share, Learn, and Win!) and moving it to the header right and make larger. That way you have the logo justified to the left and the tag line justified to the right (and obviously a larger font then now). That will fill in the top header and feature your tag line....OR PUT BANNER ads in the upper right.

what have you been doing to "find new members". I would be interested in knowing what you did to accomplish that, or if it is working on not, etc..
