When I first take a glance at it, I have no idea of what the purpose is.

Notice, how when you get to the home page of Code Call you are quickly able to figure out what the site is about? A good design should do that.

Same. I have no idea why I am at this site. It looks nice though. Your post, on the other hand, is spam. You just joined, have 1 post, can't post links but yet here you have posted your website for review when all signs point towards this forum only wanting members to have that option. Do you really want your domain associated with spam?

The upppwer background image on the left sid ends. you may went to edit the grapic and remove the to lone tribal parts.
