Given that it offers nothing at the moment, why would I move from this forum to it? It appears that all you have is intro statements. You will need to generate some content for people to have a reason to join.

You are in a very saturated market Heagu. Unless you find a way to pull lots and lots of users to your site, the forum will completely fail. Overtaking CodeCall in the Google search rankings would do the trick. But you'll have fun trying to tear the die-hard fans of CC (i.e. WP and I) away from this site and into your empty forum.

It looks nice. It looks like a gaming forum. Is the whole forum for game programming or not? The title and domain state "Gaming Development" and then you have a list of languages. Then you have another forum named Game Programming. I'm confused. ??

Its a general programming forum , the main reason was to be a gaming programming - development forum , I added also general programming languages according to web/scripts etc. I will add more game programming sections soon.

Suggestion. Dark Layouts, may look neat to you, but for the majority isn't eye appealing.

Typical dark layouts tend to cause an eye strain.

it looks nice. I know you said to Joardon that it isn't a gaming forum per say but you may want to eaither make it one or change the name. I would not use the site just due to that.

Sugestions: Make it purly for game dev. Add in boards such as 3D modeling (maybe as a catagory than do blender 3d (free) , and other things like that as boards. XNA, DirectX, Direct Sound , Open GL, Storyboarding and others like that should all be added.

A board for memebers to show off their W.I.P (works in progress) , A board for showing off completed games, an area to request puting together a dev team,, sound editing for games, texture creation for games, game tutorials. and lots more.

I like the color scheme. It looks like a gaming board.
