looks good. but the bottom section that is in the tan... The News Flash with the View Full Story... Well you have the full story posted which makes your bottom section tooooo big. So cut it down to like 2 main sentences and then have full story.

I think it looks very impressive! The forum blends in very well but I think it is a bit too small, otherwise, Nice!

Nice Idea and site. I saw you are using Joomla, but why not change the favicon, It may make a difference to the site. As that's what I saw first.

I agree with HalfSlice, News makes the site too long, but site loads faster even in a slow internet connection since it doesn't contain a lot of images and stuff.

I agree with Jordan. The bottom section, tan, needs to be shortened. Otherwise, the color coordination is great ..Nice looking site..Keep up the good work
