CrashGuard - Program / Site Review

So I got it done, mostly! Its called CrashGuard.

Why did I make it? I was sick of users using too much CPU, wanted to find out how to kill the process, also people want to know how to suspend users who use too much CPU, so this script does it. (I dont enable that on my server though)

Why does the logo say "PHProject", yet the site is "PHProtect"?

because I made the site and domain sober and used photoshop while intoxicated, and have been too lazy to change it. Ill get to it. I an busy working on the program its self.

I have added an ip verification system, it works.

if its not able to connect to my server to verify, do you think it should continue?

yes, continue - this means they could block the key verification IP, and be able to use it, free of charge

no - if my server goes down, it will fail to continue, even if they pay.
