Organisation is spelt correctly, in the Queen's English. It is only in American English that 'z' is substituted for 's' in so many words, colour is spelt color, etc. Quite lazy actually

Interesting, I never realized the Z being replaced by S in American English. I was aware of color and colour though. I wonder how this spelling evolved like that and I wonder if other visitors preceive this as spelling errors. Where are your main visitors coming from? America?

I am based in the UK as is my target audience.
In my experience, unless a site is targeting US audiences specifically, it is always best to use proper English spellings because common wealth countries including Canada have their educational system rooted in the “British Empire� and Europe tends to be comfortable with UK English too.

Very nice. I like the View Version.
I don't like the High Contrast view. Black and yellow means caution already. Throw that on your site as the default view, and i would leave right away. I would do like a maroon tone like you have done with the blue for a version.

No with a z its the American way and as I can see the site is .co.uk so I assume that its English so yeah its with an s
like the world colour, the Americans write it color, but in English its colour
And about the site.... Yeah its nice and good colour matching!
