I could, but VWD lets me work directly with FTP locations, so I don't really need to. There's barely any speed differences, and I don't need to upload things.

yeah I find two good sites for SQL and apparently SQL hates me lol from that script earlier. I got some basic tables made i just have to come up with some scripts to do some stuff with it.

anyways, what prewritten scripts do PHP use? i liked AEF forum and phpbb3.

phpBB? That really sucks. SMF is way better and more customizable.

Me and Jordan had a project some time ago... We made SMF to look nearly like vB...

I liked phpBb but I'm going to try SMF to see what it's like. Is it easier to customize than phpBB?

Well if you know a little php yup It is very easy. There are tons of mods too. and you can easily install them, not like phpBB.

I found configuring phpbb to be a pain. I'll have to get SMF installed after I figure out what I lost in system restore by accident
