    Project Type: Restaurant Point of Sale.
    Company: North American Solutions Corporation.

    Benefits: Our customers often require custom coding which means additional money for the programmer.
    Language: C# and any other applicable languages.

    Description: This is a restaurant point of sale software that will be installed at the client on a all-in-one pc. The software will need to run in a linux environment and will incorporate credit card processing, networking, and databases. Any other details would require a Non-Disclosure Contract to be signed (NDA).

    Location: Preferable if programmer was located in United States.

    You'll probably find enough people that can do that for you right here or anywhere else on the internet. However, I would advise you to hire professionals. This way you can make sure you've got what you're paying for.

    Just an observation: why on earth would we code in C# for a linux based system? Also, "Highly Paid" is highly dependent on the local economy.

    He may not in face know what languages are used to develop something like this. Why would a restaurant owner know how to program?
