    Post Looking for 3d programmers

    Hello you gifted wonderful few,

I’m Richard a veteran designer/ artist & producer of the games industry with about 8 years experience. In 2002 I quit the industry and went into something completely different, the food & beverage industry. Now after so many years I have decided I want to give it another go development independently working with real people with a passion to create something exciting.

I’m looking for the following few good people

    • 2d artist (Photoshop) – tasks, drawing of environments, characters, comic book style story boarding & textures etc
    • 2d/3d artists, (3dsmax/lightwave) – Tasks, low polygon environment modelling, textures, in game character modelling, weird & wonderful vehicles of all sorts etc.
    • 3d animator/artist (3dsmax/lightwave)- Tasks will involved Animating & modelling characters of all kinds
    • 3d programmers – will be programming a 3d world, physics engine to combine racing and flying and some good AI and much more.

Ultimately I will be looking to form an independent development team specialising in the genre in question. The Genre itself in question will be along the lines of 3rd person action/adventuure involves flying/racing with a lot of battles. Post modern mix with some fantasy thrown in, if you love this kind of genre (flying/racing genres this will be for you..)

At the moment this is an unpaid job (more like an adventure) for now, so if you’re a student, postman, dustman or whatever, it does not matter to me just as long you want to make history and can take some time out to do the task at hand (there is no fixed time). You don’t technically need experience working in the games industry, but have the fundamental understanding of 3d game development and most important the spare time and selfless sacrifice to do your bit.

If you think you are that type of guy or girl who wants to take a leap of faith and stick with it to the end then you will want to find out more, so email me on redwolfinteractive@ googlemail.com or skype “redwolfspirit”.

Those who join will not just participate in just development but actively have a say in the game play too and eventual release of this project (And lets not forget get eventually paid for it £££££). It’s all for one & one for all, so think carefully before contacting me.

I am London based and would like to find people within London or within commutable distance of London (UK). If you are living far, far away in a distant galaxy and wish to take part to you are more than welcome to join this adventure.

I look forward to hearing from you wonderful people,

    Caio for now
    Richard…………

Cool, tell me one thing. PyGL or OpenGL, which one will operate better and which one is simpler to code?
