Programmer needed - will pay for help

If I may have a minute of your time, I am willing to pay someone to update a program my lady wants to use on her site. The program is open source (oscMall_v4_..) but to run it requires that the globals be on and this is not safe now. She needs the program to run with the global OFF for security reasons.
This strange request is forwarded to you as you may understand the security issues as well as programming. What my lady is trying to do is set up a virtual mall/flea market where people with say only one or two product(s) may sell their wares via their own "booth/stall", but under/within her Mall/flea market site ( I hope this make sense-LOL). The end result must support several definable attributes, I am more than willing to enter into a dialog with you or to have my lady explain exactly what she is doing or trying to do at this point.
I am not a programmer, but have watched her test I don’t know how many programs the last few weeks and none seem to work properly or as needed. For many American based programs don't take into account items like the GST (General Sales Tax) here. All she really needs is a simple program - NO Credit cards, no discounts, straight mail cost (No UPS, FEDEX....) Basically a simple shopping cart that handle attributes. So I thought I would see if someone could help her out and maybe earn some extra cash in the deal - I would have to pay or purchase a program anyway to do what she wants and I would much rather see the funds go to a person rather than a company. As I feel it would do a lot more good- and helping the "Little Guy" prosper is what we are trying to do anyway.

You are close, but there is a little more to it.
What she wants is:
. Basic shopping cart with item definable attributes
. Seller set shipping cost- No USPS/FedEX/Zip code/...
. Only 3 Payment Options- Money order/Pay Pal/Direct deposit
(Note -This program will NOT Be used in the US -But is going to be only used in Australia- Would you need to know more of/about the banking system here?)

Since there has been no resolution on the horizon for this project, my lady has opted for a much smaller cart, which does also need some minor modifications, however I think this thread can be marked as "closed" and I shall look elsewhere for the other modifications she now needs.
