Need Programmers to work on a Gamemode

Hey everyone.

So, for almost 2 years now, I've been part of a role playing community (Called Sin City Role Play , that has been playing on the San Andreas Multiplayer mod, also known as SA-MP. There's still a pretty big player base of the mod, and it's very very fun. Basically, every server has a gamemode that they make themselves, and the modes are made with Pawn, which I think is like C/C++. Our server's gamemode is unique in that we also use an SQL database to hold our information, and we're pretty much the only server of this mod that does that. However, our programmer left, and we are in need of some new ones. We've got a dedicated server box, a website, VBulletin forums, Ventrilo server, an irc network, and a game server, and a small community of people that we're hoping to expand. -We have been all about pure role play. You pick any part in society, be it a gang, mafia, law enforcement, public service, or just a regular citizen, and you try to make money to buy nicer houses/cars, and you can open up any type of business you want, or whatever else you could think of.

We don't really have the money to offer to a programmer (And I hope I'm putting this in the right forum section), but would anyone be interested in helping us out? We can really use any help we can get.
