Long links? Any difference?

The links like for example:-
http://www.mywebsite.com/Keywords/al...rd/story-title

do they make any harm for SEO? or good? I tried inserting keywords in the URL it's self.

I think the deeper you go in sub-directories the worse it is for SEO. Not sure though.

So that wouldn't actually give me advantage because I'm including keywords in my link?
