how do i find my pages in Google?

Does anyone know, is there a service that may show pages of my site that are on deep pages of Google? Wanna find these pages and keywords they rank for as it seems that i can easily raise the positions if i work a little on this keywords..
or not?
does anyone know, if its easier to raise the position of the page from 28th page to the 2nd than actually optimize the page having nothing to start with?

Google Webmaster Tools will allow you to see what pages your website showed up in for searches. You should sign up for this service, it is free and gives you some insight into Google.

Yes it was a neat tool when I used it.

If you want something faster just for a quick check google has keywords they have in search like:

"site:www.example.com"
or
"link:www.example.com"

Which shows you all the pages, and everybody who links to you.

Like the mates posted above, Google Webmaster Tool seems to be the greatest.
Though, you shuld try the method presented by Blaine. Is it very effective too.
And because you will see who is linking with you, you can be aware of which site delivers the most customers for your bussiness
