I am not sure but i think you can do it.
I know many sites that get paid per impression.
People mostly choose impression for a big communty site!
And yes, its illegal to click on your ads or reaload the page, they can record your ip and ban you.

I am not sure but i think they pay you for payper click and pay per view... pay per view is almost the same as impressions. Let me check there!

Maybe the Video ADs are per impression ( and + PPC too, ) and bound to have a higher conversion rate. As I like Google videos and they work easier to watch.

Only some AD sizes work for Video ADs and only some keywords are having Video ADs at the moment. Some guy told me this.

Yes I know that some sizes allow this, so those are displayed depending on keywords... Hmm thanks for the help!
