It depends from AD sizes, placement, and The AD.
You cannot exactly say how much you will get.

Yeah you right, google ads is good for big sites. For private site u need to wait... as i good kown minimum payout is 100$ or like that :P

Exactly as these guys said. Sometimes I get $2 a click and sometimes I get $0.2 a click. I've even had clicks before with no payout.

I know and I use several Advertising stuff and let my Adsense fill-up in the background and when it does, I will get it. And for now, I use some other if I need any sum.

I don't know any Advertising program with a fixed price, for that, you must contact an advertiser yourself and discuss the price and put a tracking code at the same time by yourself. lol

Good luck on finding such an advertiser.
