Pokemon 3D Adventure

i am making a team to create a MMORPG game called Pokemon 3D Adventure.
it will have a huge level and all the pokemon's (almost 500).
need several very experienced programmers, language havent been choosen yet because i want the programmers to make that choice.

you wont get paid before the release of this game because i will not have any money to pay out before.
the game will have a cost on 5-10$ and if we work har to make this as i hope we do it will atleast be bought alot in asia as pokemon is very populare there

Can I just remind you ... Pokemon is a Copyrighted and Patented game. It will be oillegal to re-produce such a game without the appropriate permisson.
