Official Recruiting-Ad Compensation: None Radakan.org is a single-player RPG in a dark and dynamic fantasy-setting, driven by a freedom-of-choice environment, with focus on true role-playing instead of combat. Programming: Main: Java; NetBeans. Scripting: Python; Jython. Engine: jMonkeyEngine v2.0 Libraries: Neakor's MD5 Importer, FengGUI In-house Tools: WorldTool, Preview Tool, Ulelo.org (TBA). Well, if you're looking for a more complex explanation, our lead programmer would be the one to do it, so I'll haul him in for you if you wanna get more technical.
But quite basically, those three top pictures you see up there are made mostly thanks to jMonkeyEngine (v2.0 alpha) and the additions of our own lead programmer. That last picture is rather outdated, but those two first ones are early previews of our WorldTool, an inhouse terrain editor that we'll be using to easily shape the levels in our game. |
