Title: Need a program created in VB.Net

Description:
I have an SDK for interfacing with a HRM (supplied by the HRM manufacturer). However, both examples that are provided are in C# and C++ and our software has been written in VB.Net. We need to get this SDK to work with our VB.Net software but the supplied files are incompatible with our IDE (Visual Basic 2005 Express).

What I'd like to see:
I would like either a simple program written in VB.Net that uses the SDK to output real-time HR or a wrapper created that would allow us to use the existing DLL in our VB.Net project.
