Need programmer for my website....email for more detailed list

Hello, I am starting a company on the internet, and need a fluent programmer in php and mysql. I am good in the basics like CSS, HTML, and Actionscript, but have not learned PHP. I have a list of items that needs to be done, so if someone thinks they can do them all please email me at KansasPrep@gmail.com.


I also realize that this wont all be in PHP, but am not sure what is needed.

1. Login system that keeps them logged in until they choose to log out.
2. A system where people can submit their pictures from their hard drive to my email.
3. A shopping cart that I can add and take away stuff from.
4. A setup so that I can post a picture on it's own page, and people vote on it, and it keeps tracks of the number of votes, and allows only 1 vote per person. Averages the votes as well.
5. Finally, a comment system where people can comment on the same pics they vote on.

Wel actually im not good in PHP, all I know is HTML and a little JS so i cant help I was just curious on the pay!

Thnx for the correction. Yea, I can tell anybody right away it wont be very good, because we are a couple of sophmores in high school. THerefore we dont have much money to be spending. We are both learning PHP right now, but we are trying to get the site up ASAP.
