I am studying from a book but just got hopelessly confused so I was wondering if anyone knows of a video tutorial?

ShowMeDo have some videotutorials, including videos for Python. You've to pay for some of them, but others are just free. Go to the website here. Remember that's only video tutorials for beginners. If you need some more advanced, use the tabs on the page. You can choose between; "beginners," "graphics," "webdev," "ide," and "gaming."
