You get your Rep Power by getting loads of rep, and for being around here for a while. Count yourself lucky - I am a very powerful member in terms of reputation, because I have the second-highest rep power in the whole forum (1st is TcM, but only because he was whinging about not having enough). My rep is worth about 40 members with only a rep power of 1, and it tastes better too.
