well.. you can't enable it..
you must tell to your host to enable it.. and maybe they wont enable it because it's not secure.. also when they are runnning php on safe mode.. then mail() is also disabled..
just tell to your host that you want a mail() function for php... and that's it

NOTE: Some users (like myself), are on a crappy ISP, that require SMTP authentication, or POP before SMTP authentication, if that is so.. Use this.

I can't post the HTML that I want to use, it keeps display the html, anyways around this?
