Ok I have an application made for my website. I have seen this done before and I've been trying to figure it out but I can't find any tutorials or anything. I would like my applications once submitted to go to a certain section of my forum and have a thread made with the name or w.e as the title then inside it is the application then I want a certain group be able to approve or decline it. The forum i am using is from ucoz.com

Well the people I've talked to said the applications get mailed to their emails then they accept or decline it there then it gets sent to the forum post so idk how that works but maybe that'd make it easier?

I'm not sure I follow your original post. You want some file (application as you refer to it) to be submitted and go to a certain forum? You would need to create a submission form that interfaces with the forum DB and inserts a thread there. Can you elaborate a bit?
I have no idea what your last post means. I've never heard of people accepting to declining emails.

Ok basically all I want to do is get something so that when my application gets sent it goes into a certain part of my forum and creates a new thread. I would like to make it so that they can be accepted or declined and if they get accepted a private message says they are accepted if they are declined a private message says something else.

One thing I forgot to mention is it goes through one person. So like when someone submits an application and I am the forum owner it will be posted by me when it creates the thread. It will say I posted it but ya.
