xampp error

When ever i use xampp(which is a program that has an apache server and MySql and all that stuff)after a random amount of time i always get this popup error. "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"
Program: C:\Windows\system32\zonelabs\vsmon.exe
this application requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

and then i cant like do hardly anything because when i try to do stuff it says i have insufficient system resources, and my xampp says status check failure over and over, i think it might have something to do with the firewall but i dont know what to do.

I've used xampp before and have never gotten this error; are you trying to use it on vista? It doesn't like vista.
