convert documents to html

Anybody knows what to use in converting documents to html?

I found something (I'm unable to post links at the moment) but in that tutorial, you're supposed to know the layout of the document. I can follow that but that would mean changing the code every time there's a change. If I don't know the layout of the document is there a way for me to still convert it?

What kind of document are you referring to?

For some reason I couldn't log-in. I'm sure I remembered my password and I changed it several times but they still wouldn't let me in.

I was able to download the file today. Now all I have to do is figure out how to run it.
