Dont all PHP hosts allow you chmod dirs to 777?

Some hosts don't allow chmoding for security purposes. I don't know of any though.

Try serverheaven.net. I hear it is very good free host.But I dont know that it allow chmoding or no.

What do you need to chmod, an upload directory or something?
