Registration with profile

Hey everyone, I've been searching everywhere... and i cannot for the life of me find one. Is there anyone on here that knows how to code a registration form with login with remember me and also with profiles... so they can upload their picture write something about them stuff like that =/? I think alot of people will find this usefull...
