This is a Web Button Image I found in Google..when looking for an example. So I'm also going to show you how to make something fairly similar, to it. Sort of like our OWN *Basic* version of it, but we'll try to keep the same Idea..

Part 1 - The Outline
Start by creating an Elipse like before... except make it a light Grey Color. Then merge it with a Blank Layer, so we dont have to work with its Mask.
Now lets edit its settings..like the following
You should have something that looks like this
Now create a new Layer, and using the Eliptical Marquee tool (or Press M) Draw a Circle about 40 Pixels from the Outline of the Original Circle and Center it. Then using the Bucket tool, Color it in White (For now), and Change its settings to give it a black inline. Then press Ctrl + D, to deselect.
And that sums it up... Part 1 - The Outline

Part 2 - The Inside
*Sorry about Double Posting, but theres a 25 Image Limit to every Post*
Create a New Layer, now while Holding down Ctrl, Click on the White Circle you made at the end of Part 1 to select its Outline...
Then go to Select at the top Menu, Select --> Modify --> Contract by 1 Pixel and press OK. Then Fill it Black, then once again go to Menu, Select --> Modify --> Contract, but this time by 4 Pixels, press Ok, then Delete. You should now have a Black Hard Line.
Now Click on the White Circle Layer while Holding Ctrl to select its outline and Make sure the new white layer is Selected then use the blur tool to make a Shadow-Like effect. With an Opacity of 80% - 100%, what ever you prefer.
Now create a new Layer and Place it under the Shadow Layer. And then Pressing Ctrl Once again, select the outline of the White Circle Layer from Part 1 and go to Select --> Modify --> Contract by 1 Pixel. Then Fill it with a Light to Dark Orange Gradient.
Now Create a New Layer... and Make a Smaller Circle Inside the Orange one and Paint it White.. with the Following Settings
It should now Look like this.
Now Create a New Layer, Over the Smaller Circle you made. Press Ctrl on it to get the Smaller Circles Outline. Make it White, Set the Fill to 0% and Change the Settings.
I added some Shadows using the Burn tool, to give it a Spark
Now Create a Much Smaller Circles, and Paint it white, with a 0% Fill and a 78% Opacity, and the Following Settings.
You should have Something like this
Now Finally.. The last step: Using the PenTool (P), Draw the House Design like on the original Image
Change the Color to Black and then Set the Fill to 65% and your DONE!!!! Now go back to Part 1, were you Made the 1st White Circle.. and Hide the Layer.
I think the Button we Made looks better than the Original anyways
