Make a nice background

This is a simple tutorial to make a nice background for any of your graphics work or other purpose

1. Make a new document of a wished size (I chose 400 x 400)

2. Chose the Gradient as shown below :



3. Change the background and foreground colour as desired. Make sure it is looking well.

4. Apply the gradient in the document pressing shift key and dragging it from top to bottom.



5. Now go to Filters > Distort > Wave... and apply the following :



6. Go to Filters > Distort > Polar Coordinates... and apply Rectangular to Polar...
