    Talking Make a Photo Like MatriX !!

    Hello CodeCall

    Today i'm gonna show how to make a Photo like MATRIX ..

    1. Open an image 400x100 Pixels ..

    2.The BackGround make BLACK

    3.Go To FILTER -> Texture -> Grain .. and Go like in Photo
    Make a Photo Like MatriX !!-grain1pn.jpg

    4.Now go to Filter -> Artistic -> Neon Glow ..
    Make a Photo Like MatriX !!-neonglow3qt.jpg

    5.Go To Filter -> Stylize -> Glowing Edges ... like in photo ..
    Make a Photo Like MatriX !!-glowingedges5aj.jpg

    Finally the photo will look like This ..
    Make a Photo Like MatriX !!-result14hl.jpg
