So i was thinking about making a little game with perl, how do i boot up graphics with it (i am really new to the language). Like sprites or pixels?
I don't know how to do that, but perl is not a language you would typically use for a "video" game. Maybe ask on PerlMonks - The Monastery Gates and see if any of the members there can offer you some suggestions or advise.
I know Perl has graphics abilities, but I'm not sure about interactive abilities like you would have with a video game.
Well, here's what I could find. The only way I could find that does what you want to do with perl is ming.

I haven't tried to use it yet, but it looks like it will work. Hope this helps.
Considering the OP has never been back to this forum after asking his question, I hope you didn't waste your time researching your answer.
Only a little, i knew some from a little learning on the side. I had just never tried it that's all. Thanks for the heads up though.
Yes. You can use perl to make games.
