Is Delphi still in great use today ?

I don't know if I'd say "great use", but there are several companies that make a living by producing 3rd party Delphi components. My company uses Delphi almost exclusively. In addition, Lazarus is an open-source cross-platform language that uses the same core (object-Pascal) with it's own component set. Between the two of them, I'd say it's definitely alive and well. Realize that if you can code in C++ or VB, you can pick up Delphi easily.

FastReport has been out for over a year, and ReportBuilder has been out even longer.

its not that great, but still there are lots of people that works on delphi yet still.
besides, my my country, they are all learning Delphi languange in schools.

Delphi has the nice advantage of strongly resembling pseudo-code
