having a conversation with a friend i came to some odd thoughts about sanity. here is my slung together theory:

as ive grown older Ive become more tolerant of pushy people who believe their opinion not only is right, but should be the opinion of everyone around them.
it seems "agree to disagree" is something that falls on deaf ears to many atheists and Christians, perhaps due to the fact it is ingrained into their minds that preaching the word of god is a holy work, and its result will be greater reward for their own person, as well as the salvation of those they "saved".
just to be clear, this entry has nothing to do with the administration of codecall. i have no issues with the admin/moderation here, and in fact ive been very impressed by the actions of our moderators here, specifically WingedPanther who responded quite diplomatically when dealing with a possible troll.
but this is aside from the point.
Recently i returned to a forum i had long forgotten about, and found the forum quite dead. i began posting creating new topics and
