I'm currently starting up a freelance webdesign company with global connections. The work done will be state of the art and functional, not a rush-rush website.

I am looking for a graphic artist, a programmer that masters his field and a joomla expert (designing and/or coding)

No, I won't offer you '50 dollar/75 euro jobs'; I have pretty good relation and business skills which will at least reward ~ 250 dollar.
