PHP accessing through remotely javascript from another website

I need someone who can make function (file) for remotely javascript calling.
So someone put this on other website:
<script language="JavaScript" src="http://www.yoursite.com/whatever.php" type="text/JavaScript"></script>

and then call for whatever.php through javascript file on your website that will do some function and display output on his website.

I will give you necessary code and actually only what is needed to do is for you is to make function (file) for remotely javascript calling that same result can be displayed on someone else sites.
If you are good with coding it will take it probably 15-30 minutes of works.
