Well i made a new website can ClanDesigner.com where you can download clan designs and sell all your templates and other clan stuff hope you like it.

Now i only need to get the name out Clan Templates, so you guys know any good way that i dont know about ?

You're basically asking how to market your site, of which there are many, many ways. Search engine optimization is the way to go, it's much better than banner advertising. Text links are good because they help with SEO too.
