$1000 per month

I may have $1000 per month to spend on advertisements. This may or may not happen depending on sponsership. Where would you guys advertise the $1000 a month at?

I know the basics like adsense but give me some more options and what you would do!

I would find a high-traffic related site and advertising front page on it. I think it'd be worth it.

I'd spend all that money on buying permanent links on high PR sites, so then you can get some good SEO.

I'd buy homepage ads on larger sites.

That's a good idea, but make sure they are text links. Not only are they proved to get more click-throughs than banners, but, you know, SEO.

I'd put my add on as many of the big websites that I could. Of course, they would be relative to my website but I think this would be the best course of action. I've found that most of the other methods of advertisement are not very effective.

Ahh, too bad we don't have $1000 per month huh? I was just curious to see what people would do with the money. It is a good way to see what ads work the best for people.
