Default Triggering an Event

Is it possible to capture or "sniff" packets using managed c++? I'm looking at a demo project that I may be doing and this type of feature will be required, however, I'm still speculating on what language to do it in.

I'd like to read each packet as its being sent. I only need to read the header information for most.
