    That is something else. VMware is a software that acts like a virtual PC. You can install OSes etc on it. Just like a normal pc.

    Yes you can, you can use VMware to virtualize a Mac OS, and run it in a window inside Windows.

    Mac OS can be installed in a virtual machine, but you need to have good hardware to keep it running smooth. If you want Mac OS on your PC, it's better to try a hacked version of Mac OS that works on PC's, instead of virtualizing it. It's not legal in some countries btw.
