Ports owned by other countries

So what is your opinions on U.S. ports being owned by other countries. This really bugs me. Here we are fighting in other countries, and yet we are going to let other countries run out ports. I think that there is something terribly wrong with this. GRRRRR...

I think it is wrong because people in the US complain about jobs leaving the US..I also think that it is wrong, partly because of the war....

Ports being owned by other countries does not make less jobs available for americans.

Could you please state a specific port in the US that is owned by other countries? I guess I think that is a way of national diplomacy. There are also lots of ports from other countries that are owned by the US, the Philippines was once a country that have US ports. But because of the Mt Pinatubo explosion, the American bases were vacated.

I've never heard of this, but why is this bad? How does it affect outsourcing?
