BadVista
Seriously, this site is the reason I am now a Linux user.the name Vista is synonymous in the public eye with failure

I did not mind vista. But only because i did not get it till all the major problems had been resolved
That site didn't really say much it just said most people didn't switch to vista. I mean Linux is still a PC so it doesn't really matter there the same thing but one is built for some things and the other is built to do other things like a MAC is good for art and stuff but its to pricey I say the best computer is a Windows Mac which doesn't crash freeze or have many viruses but is still affordable and can still do all the great things PCs can do.

I've had the misfortune of dealing with Vista before as a "support tech" friend. For a simple user, Vista may be nice, but as a geek, it's a pain. It constantly gets in my way. Worse, when it first came out I had one friend who's modem kept flaking out. Based on some conversations with tech support, it seems that plugging in a printer could interfere with the modem driver. Think about that for a moment! If you plug in the wrong printer, your modem breaks! That's irritating.
I seem to not be able to do multiply choices...
Well, in my opinion my favorite OS isn't either Windows(NT) nor GNU/Linux.
However I like to use both, for personal reasons, yet I have one I like the most, which is Windows(DOS).
Windows XP was my favorite OS...
Now I have Vista...
I personally like Ubuntu, Fedora and Mac equally and use all three on a daily basis. I really can't stand windows in any flavor cause I have had to trouble shoot so many random problems. The best thing I ever did was switch my mom's computer to a mac. She found hundreds of ways to make windows break and the only thing she even knows how to use is quickbooks. Since the switch the only computer problem she had was a faulty router. Strangely enough I have my grandma running on ubuntu but she only plays solitaire on it about twice a year.

I use Vista.
It hasn't let me down yet. Very stable altough a little limited, it does what I need it to with a little coaxing.
All my freeware is available on this OS and functional.
It's what I know.
I did run Ubuntu on a laptop for a while and enjoyed using it but couldn't figure out how to install PS so had to change.
No one cares what you think because you have one post. Also, I assume by "PS" you mean Photoshop. By default, Ubuntu comes with the Gimp, which does the same thing!
