Yah. The U.S Government wants to fund this research about global warming. It would be bad for this research department to have it get out that they are smudging the results and global warming is not as bad as we thought. (granted we still need to go green weather it is happening or not). I am downloading the documents now in case they are removed. If this turns out to be real I might want to read them.
edit: This is a pic from the documentation ....... makes me question the reliability.

yep. I did find more serious pictures of points they have taking temperatures of and so on. They also have some linux stuff in there and an EXE that I am not going to launch sense i haven't got anti virus.
No worries, no virus in the rar...I knows I has it...
