Well, I thought I ask ..how many have experienced what I am going through here with my cable provider: I have been sitting here waiting 15 minutes listening to music and then every once a while I hear: "All representatives are currently helping other customers, please remain on the line for the next available representative" ..then music and more music. Finally a representatives comes on and say..I need to transfer you to another department..more music more waiting..
How do you feel about all this waiting???![]()
Yes, it is just terrible how long these companies keep us on hold! I end up hanging upPoor customer service leads to customers seeking other avenues!
Well at least yours respond mine doesn't!! Just Music, Music, Music and I'm paying the phone bill rotfl! that sux!! At least they respond to emails...
It's things like that that caused me to give up cable completely. I currently use rabbit-ears to watch local tv. It's amazing, it takes me a fraction of the time to realize there's nothing on!
How well do rabbit ears do for high speed internet..jk..
I think it was a full half hour of waiting before I got help![]()
Here in our country, customer service is the blue ruin thing. We just don't wait for minutes, we wait for hours and then got transfered to another department. Same music stuffs. Most of the time end-up hanging up the line. The only fortunate situation is we are not charged for the called.
If your Cell Phone doesn't have a radio facility, then the best idea is to call customer service support to listen to the radio.
I have gotten to the point that I try to call later at night..when I know I have to call for some customer service help, myself..No use raising my blood pressure that is already high or I wouldn't be calling for help![]()
LOL, I always felt that there was always nothing on when I wanted to watch TV, but then someone came along and invented the DVR/TiVo and made my life so much easier. Then when ever I want to watch TV, I have 50 episodes of shows I enjoy watching at my finger tips.
Also what really ticks me off about my cable is that, although I get 500+ channels, at least 150 of them are in languages I don't speak and I'm being charged for it?
I thought that this existed only in my country, now that I read this, I know I'm wrong...
I do Netflix now, and am quite happy. There's a great selection of anime there, and lots of old sci-fi, too.
