Steps to Move on to Property

Ok so we are buying a Modular Home.

We have a piece of property to put it on.

But I have no idea what to do next. I have to get the land preped for a driveway and utilities.

What steps do i need to take? Do I need to get it surveyed? IM so lost. Help.

I don't know, I'm not buying property for a long time, and when I do, I hope for it to be a medium sized apartment, one that allows pets, so I can have a pug doggy.

I think i found my solution. But i have to run to the library and check some stuff out. Thanks though.
